If you live within the catchment area shown on the map, you may register with Addison House Doctor Surgery. If you move outside the area but remain in Harlow, you may remain with the Practice but may find it more convenient to move to a Practice nearer your new home. Unfortunately we cannot retain patients living outside Harlow.
